It is an innovative design office in the hydrotechnical industry, specializing in the practical application of BIM tools and methodologies in linear infrastructure projects.

The offered services are:

• Design, consulting, and subcontracting in the field of hydraulic structures:
  • flood protection: reservoirs and flood embankments, stream regulation;
  • environmental projects: renaturation and revitalization, fish passes, compensatory reservoirs;
  • drainage in linear infrastructure projects: retention reservoirs, shaping of riverbeds and drainage ditches, drains;
• hydrological-hydraulic calculations, hydrodynamic simulations of water flow.
• Project supervision within the Contract Engineer team.
• Digital Twin for linear infrastructure objects.

Specializes in the preparation of comprehensive documentation for water law operations for railways in the CPK standard.

The HydroBIM team has gained experience in the largest hydrotechnical investments in Poland, working on tasks within the Flood Protection Program for the Upper Vistula and Odra River Basins (designing and project supervision for the flood protection tasks in Sandomierz and Tarnów, retention reservoirs in Szalejów and Krosnowice) as well as on railway projects for CPK (subcontractor in the hydrotechnical and hydrological sectors on four sections).

The HydroBIM company was established in 2019 and is based in Krakow.
