I am a graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology, specializing in water supply and wastewater and waste disposal. I also completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance Management at the Cracow Business School at the University of Economics.
Since 1996, I have worked as an engineer and manager, focusing on the preparation, implementation, and supervision of infrastructure investments in the fields of water and wastewater management, road and rail transport, and gas fuels.
I began my professional career as a Designer’s Assistant, later becoming a Designer, Coordinator, Director of Investment Preparation, and Vice President of the Management Board. I designed and constructed hundreds of kilometers of sanitary sewer and water supply networks, as well as several dozen wastewater treatment plants for Local Government Units throughout Poland. I participated in obtaining funding from pre-accession funds such as PHARE, ISPA, SAPARD, and PROW for water and wastewater management projects, and after Poland joined the European Union, I secured funding from the Cohesion Fund, ERDF, and the Norwegian Mechanism.
I am an Expert on the list of the Małopolska Voivode in the field of preparing environmental impact assessments (license number 140/2000) and in the field of water law proceedings (license number 141/2000).
Since 2015, I have served as Managing Director at one of the largest engineering firms in Poland, managing and supervising government infrastructure investments both domestically and abroad.
