It creates six brands within the broadly understood construction sector: LafConsulting, LafProject, Lafbud, LafHome, LafEnergy, and LafEstate, which complement each other and provide comprehensive customer service.
Since 1995, it has been offering services in the management and supervision of construction investments and the design of communication infrastructure. It has contributed to the realization of the largest investments in Poland, such as the construction of highways A1, A2, A4, express roads S1, S5, S6, S7, S10, S11, S14, and S61, as well as the bypasses of cities such as the Tricity Bypass, Poznań Bypass, Łódź, and Wrocław, among many other equally important road investments.
Service Synergy
In addition to managing and designing construction investments, two fundamental departments (LafConsulting and LafProject) also focus on due diligence, optimization of construction investments, development of network studies, preparation of Road Traffic Safety projects, and the service known as the Substitute Investor.
A completed construction project is the starting point for the Lafbud brand, which specializes in cubic and industrial construction, including the construction of residential estates, hotels, halls, warehouses, and underground garages. Lafbud executes investments as a general contractor and subcontractor for reinforced concrete structures. It collaborates with developers and investors across the country.
The turnkey finishing of developer investments is the area of activity for LafHome, a brand that has already established its position in the Polish market. LafHome clients can take advantage of finishing, renovation, or adaptation services for their premises/apartments to suit their dedicated purpose. It closely collaborates with architects and interior designers, so LafHome’s offer also includes interior arrangement and visualization services.
Every construction process begins with the real estate that needs to be acquired for its execution. The LafEstate team—real estate office—actively supports the partners of the Lafrentz Group and investors, as well as individual clients, in transactions related to the sale/purchase or rental of land, residential, production, or commercial properties.
LafEnergy is the youngest brand of the Group, focusing on renewable energy sources. Its primary interests include photovoltaic and wind farms. LafEnergy offers comprehensive process support—ranging from land acquisition, through necessary approvals and permits, to assistance with project solutions. The brand conducts investor supervision and provides complete formal, technical, and legal support for investments. Additionally, it participates in preparations for implementing hydrogen-powered energy systems.
